In 2023, we secured €5M in Series A funding, which strengthened our leading position as the world’s largest online platform for clean mobile energy systems. We are growing our team and expanding our business internationally. As part of taking the company to the next level, we are on the lookout for a German Country Manager who will lead our expansion into DACH!

Your role as a Country Lead

As a Country Manager Germany at Skoon, you will; 

• Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the German market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and customers, including suppliers, entertainment production, and construction companies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Germany, expanding our current customer base.
• Aligning all operations with local regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns and promotions tailored to the German market.
• Work in coordination with our operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated Country Lead, who is a relationship builder, can solve problems with speed and precision, and will lead by example as a hands-on sales executive.

We are looking for someone who;

• Has 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of temporary power, construction, grid operators or other industrial sectors.
• Has in-depth knowledge of how to do business in Germany, including various energy markets, rental applications, and proven commercial strategies.
• Is tech savvy and has an analytical mindset, to gather and interpret data, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Has a passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive change within the grid industry.
• Is able to come to the Netherlands when needed.
• Can speak, read, and write German and English at a professional level.
