Marketing Intern

**For this internship opportunity, we are looking for a native/fluent Dutch speaker**

Founded 6 years ago, Skoon is a rapidly growing scale-up with a mission to make clean energy accessible and affordable to everyone, always.

In 2023, we secured €5M in Series A funding, which strengthened our leading position as the world’s largest online platform for clean mobile energy systems. We are growing our team and expanding our business internationally. As part of taking the company to the next level, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join the team!

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will 

• Support the Marketing Manager within an all-round marketeer capacity, which will include;
  • Assisting in managing Skoon’s social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering an online community in both acquiring new customers and building our brand as an employer
  • Maintaining relationships and communication with external stakeholders, as well as marketing agencies.
  • Daily enhancements impacting the SEO of our website
  • Analysing, summarising and presenting periodic marketing results based on HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics etc.

Candidate profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who is looking to grow their skills and put their learnings into practicality. Ideally, you are someone who can solve problems quickly and diligently and ready for the dynamics of a fast-paced start-up.

We are looking for someone who;

• Is currently enrolled in or has recently graduated from a relevant HBO/WO programme, such as Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Marketing and similar discipline
• Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• is creative, with a “hands-on” mentality and a good sense of responsibility
• Has some experience with digital marketing, SEO, or is looking to grow in this field
• Has an affinity for data and does not shy away from diving deep into a problem.
• Is able to speak, read, and write Dutch and English at a professional level

Bonus if you have;

• Previous experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar
