Founded 6 years ago, Skoon is a rapidly growing scale-up with a mission to make clean energy accessible and affordable to everyone, always.

In 2023, we secured €5M in Series A funding, which strengthened our leading position as the world’s largest online platform for clean mobile energy systems. We are growing our team and expanding our business internationally. As part of taking the company to the next level, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team!



Your role as a Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Representative at Skoon, you will;

  • Identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including research, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach.
  • Support Skoon’s market entry into new geographical territories and execute a tailored sales approach for each market.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with Skoon's target customer profile and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and customer data using our CRM.
  • Generate reports and analytics on lead generation and conversion rates to optimize the sales development process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, visit relevant industry events, and monitor competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.


Job requirements

Candidate profile

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Rep, who can solve problems quickly and diligently, and knows the dynamics of a fast-paced start-up. We seek someone who has a proven track record in sales development and can drive lead generation, being the glue of our sales team.


We are looking for someone who;
  • Has several years of relevant experience in sales, lead generation or customer service
  • holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or from a technical study background.
  • has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • possess the desire to thoroughly understand the workings of the energy market and clean energy systems.
  • is self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • has excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • is proficient in English, and preferably Dutch both spoken and written, at a professional level.
